Front Desk:
Office hours are 9:30 am to 6 pm 7 days a week. All employees work front desk and housekeeping. Please ring the bell or a phone is available at the front desk to dial 189 for assistance. Klopfenstein does close during the night but phone number for nightly assistance are posted at the front entrance. You can ask for the nightly number in advanced for your convenience.
Rooms:
We offer nightly, weekly, and even monthly room stays. Feel free to inquire about our monthly rooms or come to the front desk for an application.
Room amenities include free Wi-Fi under Klopfenstein Guest and it has no password. Rooms do come with a TV, Mini Fridge, and a Microwave. Iron and ironing board can be provided if you ask the front desk. Coffee is in the lobby and available 24/7.
Pool:
The pool is open seasonally and open during office hours. The pool is open for our registered guests only. Towels are provided if you ask the front desk.
Facilities:
We have a laundry room that is available to use day and night. There are vending machines located in the laundry room and ice room.
Conference Room:
Our conference room is available to rent for your next meeting, party, or family get together. Available times are during office hours. Occupancy is 40 people. We provide chairs and tables. You are welcome to provide your own food and beverages. Please call to inquire about our rates.
Security:
There are surveillance cameras in and around the building. All doors will be locked after office hours. You will need your key card to get into the building. If you lock yourself out, go to the front entrance and use the phone to call night assistance. Dial 9 first on the hotel phone. You are responsible for letting in your own guests and food deliveries after hours.
Policies and Guidelines:
100% Smoke Free: Klopfenstein Inn & Suites is a smoke/vape free facility. We do not tolerate smoking/vaping indoors. It is a $250 fee for smoking in the rooms and removal from the building. That includes smoking/vaping around an open interior window.
Guests are encouraged to notify Front Desk staff immediately if they smell cigarette, marijuana, or other objectionable odors. This policy is not intended to stop people from smoking, but to regulate where they smoke and how it affects others. A Designated Smoking Area is provided outside and away from the building. Marijuana or any illegal substance by a guest or guest of a guest is not tolerated and will result in the law enforcement being called to remove all occupants of the room.
Alcohol Policy: Registered guests who choose to bring their own alcoholic beverages must be of legal age and consume those in their room. Alcohol is not allowed in public areas such as the lobby, pool, halls, etc. Registered guests and their guests much comply with the Indiana alcohol and tobacco commission rules and regulations regarding the possession and consumption of alcohol.
Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of others and refrain from any conduct that could disturb others in the vicinity.
Not Pet Friendly: Klopfenstein Inn & Suites is not a pet friendly facility. Any animal found in the building will result in the registered guest being removed from the facility. Service animals welcome.
