Klopfenstein Inn and Suites is a small family owned hotel. We strive to give you a home away from home experience.

Office hours are Monday-Sunday 9:30 am to 5 pm. All employees work front desk and housekeeping. Please ring the bell or a phone is available at the front desk to dial 189 for assistance. Klopfenstein does close during the night but phone numbers for nightly assistance are posted at the front entrance. You can ask for the night assistant phone numbers in advanced for your convenience.

We offer nightly, weekly, and even monthly room stays. Feel free to inquire about our monthly rooms or come to the front desk for an application.

Room amenities include free Wi-Fi under Klopfenstein Guest and has no password. Rooms do come with a TV, Mini Fridge, and a Microwave. Iron and ironing board can be provided if you ask the front desk. Coffee is in the lobby and available 24/7.

Our conference room is available to rent for your next meeting, party, or family get together. Please call in for rates and availability.

The pool is open seasonally and open 10 am - 8 pm. The pool is open for our registered guests only. Towels are provided if you ask the front desk staff.

Cancellation Policy: Guests must cancel their reservation at least twenty four hours before the scheduled check in date. If the reservation was booked online, the cancellation must be completed through the same online platform. Reservations not cancelled properly may result in applicable fees.

No Show Policy:A reservation is considered a no show if the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check in date. No show reservations will be charged the full stay, including all room nights, taxes, and applicable fees.

Late Arrival:Guests who expect to arrive late on the check in date must contact the property in advance. Failure to notify the property may result in the reservation being marked as a no show and charged accordingly.

Agreement​:By completing a reservation, guests agree to all cancellation and no show terms listed above. These policies ensure that rooms remain available for guests who intend to stay and help the property manage availability fairly and efficiently.
